Today I'd like to share some channels I use to study English. My favorite ones are English in Brazil e Small Advantages. I totally recommend you to create a schedule to keep track of the contents you're supposed to study during the week. I also think it's  important to create small tasks to achieve every week or month.

Gostaria de começar um novo tópico no blog, para aqueles que desejam iniciar e/ou continuar a jornada como aprendiz em Língua Inglesa. Digo que isto serviria não para aqueles começam, pois a maioria dessas dicas são voltadas para a mudança de pensamento (mindset).  MINDSET Se livre de crenças limitantes do tipo "não consigo aprender", "inglês é muito difícil" e vários outros NÃOS! Reflita sobre seus objetivos para aprender inglês, quanto mais forte e claro o objetivo mais fácil será construir um plano e segui-lo.  Não se compare com os outros,cada pessoa está seguindo sua própria jornada. Alguns puderam estudar em escola particular ou foram para a Disney quando crianças, outros aprenderam com músicas, seriados ou videogame.  Não faça julgamento de valor quanto a pronúncia, escrita, ou outras habilidades de outra pessoa. Why I've been using Instagram only on Saturdays

Of course, I gotta tell you the sentence is not accurate enough and It definitely depends on the week. But I think it's worthed the shot to tell you what I've been doing it and how this has changed my life.  Things started to change in January/2019 when I started to decrease the amount of hours I spent on Instagram. As a normal human being I struggle sometimes to excel in finishing all of the duties in my daily routine 💭 and I realized that besides the normal complain about "not having enough time" we have been spending an enormous amount of time on social media checking other people's lives. And not focusing on our own things. Even judgement is part that, everytime you check someone's life on Instagram and judge other's decisions, lifestyle, outfit or whatever, the only thing you're really doing is not focusing on your own life.
